Head of the team
The role of the head is to coordinate the work of the members of the team. This manager allocates tasks based on needs and affinities.
They are part of the extended board and therefore work closely with the closed board and other team managers. The manager is the one who sets the work deadlines for the members of their team. The manager is the person who approves all communications directed to our partners. The manager has all new partner research validated by the board.
Member of the hub
The members of the partnerships and events team are always encouraged to take initiatives. The role of the members is primarily to organise internal or external events for the association. Examples of events that have already taken place include the MSI x Digiteam days, the MSI x Corsair day, visits to the VINCI Construction head quarters, outings to the PGW, hikes with the association members, cinema sessions at our office, association snacks time... Let your imagination run wild to create all the events that come to mind.
The partnership aspect of the team involves maintaining contacts with our current partners (Odoo, the IT department of the school, VINCI Construction SI) and seeking ideas for new partners. What we are looking for in a partner is very broad. This can include funding, skills transfer, donation of equipment, organising joint events, etc.
